These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Pearl Insulation. By accessing or using the website located at pearlinsulation.com, or by submitting a request for services through any channel offered by Pearl Insulation, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If the user does not agree to these Terms, they must discontinue use of the website and refrain from requesting services. Severability

Limitation of liability

Pearl Insulation offers professional home services to residential and commercial customers in Temecula, CA, and the surrounding service area. All services are subject to scheduling availability and a professional assessment of the conditions at the property. Pearl Insulation coordinates with a network of independent contractors and service professionals who may be dispatched to fulfill service requests submitted through pearlinsulation.com or other intake channels. By requesting service, the user acknowledges and consents to the possibility that the work may be carried out by such independent service professionals operating in coordination with Pearl Insulation. The availability of any specific service is not guaranteed and may vary based on location, season, or other operational factors.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Pearl Insulation that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within CA. The user consents to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waives any objection to venue or jurisdiction therein.
Scheduling and cancellation
Pearl Insulation requests that users provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice when canceling or rescheduling a confirmed service appointment. This notice period allows Pearl Insulation to reallocate resources and avoid unnecessary costs. Cancellations made with less than twenty-four hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee at the discretion of Pearl Insulation. The applicable fee, if any, will be communicated to the user at the time of booking or upon request. Repeated late cancellations may result in limitations on future scheduling.
